Our hands-on classes are designed to help you get the most out of your investment in Numara FootPrints, whether you’re a newcomer or seasoned Numara FootPrints administrator. We will provide the knowledge, confidence, and proficiency to make you a successful Numara FootPrints Administrator. We offer two Numara FootPrints classes that we have combined into a week-long session. The Numara FootPrints Administrator training was designed for those responsible for day-to-day administration while the Numara FootPrints Solutions Overview covers modules within the Numara FootPrints product line that are designed for Numara FootPrints Administrators planning to use Numara FootPrints to support industry best practices such as ITIL.

Numara FootPrints Administrator - Our interactive, hands-on Administrator Training class teaches you to effectively configure and maintain the functional aspects of Numara FootPrints as a Service Desk and issue management application. You will learn ways to automate your business processes using Numara FootPrints basic and advanced features. The skills you learn will be reinforced through the use of lab exercises which include feature configuration, importing data and best practices discussions. Detailed Syllabus (PDF) (4 days). |
